What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through our secure online processing. You may also pay using your PayPal account. If you would like to mail us a money order or personal check please select EMAIL at the end of your checkout and we will be send you instructions. *Please note that we do hold all orders paid by check until the check clears the bank.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping costs are determined by weight. All orders are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation (within the US). Upon checkout you will have the option to select either First Class or Priority for domestic packages. You may choose the method that best suites you. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail. If you would like to purchase insurance on your order, please select the appropriate option upon checkout.
International Customers: We currently only ship to Canada at this time.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders are shipped within 1-5 days, and depending on your selected shipping method, will arrive in 1-3 (Priority) or 3-7 (First Class) days after that.
If your order contains custom made items, expect them to ship within 5-10 days. If you need an item urgently, please contact us for specific item availability and/or expediated shipping.
What if I have a coupon?
If you have a Designs by Ellie coupon, please enter the code in the Promotional Code box upon checkout. Your discount should be applied. If you have any problems redeeming your coupon, please contact us and we will manually apply your discount.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange it or return it for a refund (less shipping charges). Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. It is your responsibility to sufficiently package your item when returning it, as we are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in the mail. Upon receipt of your item we will either send your exchange or refund your money. Monogrammed items, or items used or not in their original condition cannot be returned.
How do I clean my items?
Dirt is a fact of life - and unfortunately your Designs by Ellie items are bound to get dirty. While we make many of our items out of machine washable materials, we recommend hand washing some of your items to preserve the integrity of the fabric and ribbons.
Saddle Pads : Machine wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Air dry.
Belts & Key Fobs: Handwash in cold water with a mild detergent. Lay flat to dry. Press with warm iron if necessary. Please note that polka dot designs may fade with time.
Purses: Spot clean or gently handwash in cold water with a mild detergent. Line dry and press with a warm iron.
Do you do custom orders?
We LOVE custom orders! Do you like the color of one saddle pad but would love a different ribbon? Is your (or your horse's) favorite color not represented on this site? No problem! We encourage creativity and would make a unique & perfect one of a kind item just for you! Please contact us for more information.
How safe is my information?
Your privacy is very important to us. We do not distribute your personal information to third parties for any purpose. We appreciate your business and are committed to protect your personal information as we would our own. |
